Leadership Vision:
My leadership vision for the Upper School is to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable and are kind to each other. Throughout the year, I have met many new students and slowly built relationships with each of them. Being the head of the Asian Heritage Association and the Volleyball Club have strengthened my leadership, organization, and communication skills which are vital for an SEC member. My experience volunteering at soup kitchens and on a mission trip in Kenya strengthened my teamwork skills and taught me to be grateful for all that I have and especially the people around me. I feel that I can use these skills to bring the SEC together to form a cohesive unit.
