Leadership Vision:
I see leadership not as controlling people but as guiding individuals and ensuring the skills and ideas of others are valued. I believe everyone should be encouraged to contribute to bringing out the student body's creativity. For the role of Creative Co-Head, I'd like to have more students participate in creating common area decorations and providing the school with artwork to display. I aim to set up prizes for decorating common areas, such as civvies days, gift cards, etc., and create a more accessible method of displaying artwork around school, such as pasting print-outs on the third-floor creative board. My main goal is to help students to destress and explore more creative endeavors.
